Privacy Policy

• Account data. Signing in with Google is optional — you can convert and preview without an account. When you do sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile image to create and secure your account and to link purchases to it.
• Conversion metadata. We keep a lightweight record of each conversion — theme name, page count, timestamps, and your account id if you were signed in — so your preview link keeps working and purchases stay linked to you.
• Billing data. The one-time theme unlock payment is processed by our payment provider (Creem). We receive your payment status and customer/payment identifiers. We do not store your full card details — these are handled by the payment provider.
• Technical data. Basic logs and security data (such as IP address and user agent) used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

The export you upload (a ZIP or HTML files) is parsed in memory to build your WordPress theme. The upload itself is not stored, and we do not use your files to train models.

The generated theme zip and its preview page are stored so that your preview link keeps working — the preview does not expire, and the download stays available once you unlock it. We also keep a small record of each conversion job (theme name, page count, timestamps, and your account id if you were signed in). If you want any of this deleted, contact us at hello@shiptowp.example and we will remove it.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To link theme licenses and other purchases to your account.
• To respond to support requests and communicate important notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues.

We rely on the following processors to run the Service:

• Google — optional sign-in (OAuth) authentication.
• Creem — payment processing for theme licenses.
• Cloudflare — hosting, database, and Workers AI inference. A minimal text summary of your site is sent to Cloudflare-hosted AI models to generate theme metadata (name, tagline, section titles).

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms.

We keep account and license data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Your uploaded export is never persisted. Generated theme zips, preview pages, and conversion job records are kept so your preview link continues to work; ask us to delete them at any time (see Section 2).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@shiptowp.example.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
