Terms of Service

ShipToWP converts a static site export — HTML files or a ZIP from builders like Lovable, v0, Bolt, Framer, or any hand-coded site — into an installable WordPress theme. You can convert and preview the result free of charge; downloading the theme requires a paid license. Conversion is an automated mechanical process, not a bespoke development service, and output quality depends on the structure of the export you provide.

Conversion and preview work without an account. An account (via Google sign-in) is required to store licenses and downloads. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights when using the Service;
• upload content you have no right to submit;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its limits;
• resell or redistribute ShipToWP itself as a conversion service.

• Conversion and live preview are free. Downloading a WordPress theme requires a per-site license, paid as a one-time purchase through our payment provider, Creem.
• A license lets you install and run the converted theme on one production site (and staging/development copies of that site).
• Because the deliverable is a digital file you can inspect in preview beforehand, downloads are generally final. If a conversion genuinely fails on your export, contact us for a refund or credit.
• Prices and features may change over time.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ShipToWP and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to the site you upload and to the generated theme; you grant us only the limited, temporary right to process your export in memory to produce your result.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Automated conversion of arbitrary HTML cannot guarantee pixel-perfect or plugin-equivalent output — complex JavaScript interactions, backend logic, and page-builder-specific features may need manual finishing in WordPress. You are responsible for reviewing the converted theme before delivering it to a client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipToWP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service, with notice where reasonable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
